This Privacy Policy explains what data the mobile app Right - Swipe Quiz ("Right", "the app", "we") collects, why, who processes it on our behalf and what your rights are.
Right is operated by Mateusz Biernat (Poland), who is the data controller. Contact: biernatmdev@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Right.
We do not collect your contacts, your precise location or your payment card details - payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google.
Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract with you (the game itself), your consent (personalised ads, which you can change at any time in the consent settings shown in the app, and tracking on iPhone, which you control in iOS Settings), and our legitimate interest in security, moderation and improving Right.
We use these providers, each under its own privacy policy:
We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud and may be processed outside the European Economic Area by the providers above, under safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your data while your account exists. Accounts whose email address is never verified are deleted automatically after 7 days. When you delete your account, we delete the data linked to it - see Delete account for the details. Trivia cards you submitted that were already published stay in the game, no longer linked to any profile. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law requires.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account in the app (Profile Details → menu → Delete account) or on our website at swipe-right.app/delete-account. For anything else write to biernatmdev@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority - in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Right is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We protect your data with Firebase Authentication, database and storage security rules and Firebase App Check. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
